What to Expect

Viognier is one of the great grapes of France's Rhone Valley. It is an extremely aromatic variety redolent of ripe peaches and wild flowers. It is frequently used to add aromatic complexity to blended wines but on its own, delivers a rich, soft wine with high alcohol and deep flavors of honey, peach, apricot and tangerine.

immediate funk on the nose, a little caramelized, honey, pear and some burnt spices, definite spice on the palate makes for more complexity and nice acidic balance with the melon and citrus fruits that approach in taste.

This Viognier comes from the famous Columbia Valley in Washington. With a creamy viscosity, white pear flavors in the nose, and a warm vanilla toastiness in the palate, this wine will pair well with many types of food, especially Asian food.
