Seven Hills Merlot 2015

Member Review by rckr1951:

THEE wine of the night!!! WOW this was stellar. Sitting for 3 years has really done it's job - it's married up to a huge wine - can you can say red meat? Pizza? BBQ? Smoked...grilled? Seasoned chicken off the grill. Large blackberry, plum profile. Add chocolate, wood, herbal notes, pepper and spice, dark currant will grainy chewy tannins and laser like acidity - this is dynamite in a bottle. Stellar wine - best stateside merlot I've ever had.
