One is planted on Silex clay soil and the other on "terre blanche" that is higher in elevation and contains more chalk. - Winery Varietal/Blend: 100% Pinot Noir Aging: 8 months in 50% Stainless tank and 50% demi-muid French oak Alcohol: 12.50%
