Suggested Recipe Pairing presented by
Coconut Rice Sweet Potato Cheesecake

RiceSelect's creamy Arborio gets blended with sweet potato, coconut milk and vanilla to create this decadent cheesecake. Pairs well with Saunternes; a white dessert wine that has hints of coconut from aging in oak barrels.

This is a wonderfully delightful wine from the sunny South of France, made by the mercurial Edouard Labeye. Edouard makes the wines in his vineyards around Rieux Minervois, one of the coolest microclimates in the Languedoc. Grapes : 100% Viognier Region : France / Languedoc / Minervois AOC Maker : Edouard Labeye Notes : Sweet smelling with mandarin and peach on the nose, crisp acidity on the palate, lovely and dry. Serve : At 7-10c with lightly dressed salds and grilled fish ABV : 13%
