What to Expect

Few white wines have achieved the fame that Riesling has in Germany. Its ability to produce a wide range of styles, from bone dry to lusciously sweet, in an even wider range of climates has made it the grape of Germany. Loaded with lemons and green apples with a little slate thrown in. Finishes with a near cloying tartness. Could shine with the right food pairing. Not recommended on it's own.
