A bit of raspberry on the nose and it didn't have the common over powering yeasty component that most sparkling wines have for me, and had a distinct watermelon flavor. It would be wonderfully refreshing on a hot afternoon.

Nice dryness but a somewhat muted flavor profile. Not bad, but I would probably look elsewhere if I was purchasing a sparkling wine in this price range.

An elegant Cava, this feels rich and composed... Wine & Spirits Aria Estate Brut is a dry, lively refreshment appropriate for any occasion. Its flavor is dominated by fresh pineapple, almonds, honey and straw, with hints of pears and fresh bread.

I have not had a chance to try very many sparkling wines so I have very little to compare this too. I felt this wine was extremely dry but crisp. The dryness overwhelms the palate and hinders the expression of other flavors. Decent for one of my first sparkling wines but I feel there are better ones out there...

Wine Skinny

Dry and crisp, with clean fresh fruit flavors and just a touch of toasty yeast on the finish. Ready to drink now.
