Cortina is Seghesio's dry-farmed low-vigor vineyard in the Dry Creek Valley that every year turns out a remarkable Zin and according the Seghesio's 2007 was their best vintage to date. Wine Enthusiast Magazine scored it 94 points and said "A beautiful massive, mouthfilling Zinfandel. Impresses on every level, from the smooth, rich tannins to the dryness and above all the depth and range of flavors. Blackberries, chocolate, anise, bacon, pepper, sandalwood, the list goes on. Zinfandel doesn’t get much richer than this." Very Limited!
