See Ya Later Ranch Hawthorne Mountain Syl Brut NV

Member Review by zufrieden:

Extremely ebullient mousse - almost churning in the glass. Scent of toasted butter (brioche), pear, green apple and vanilla with a similar profile on entry. Clean, slightly bitter almond finish. Not quite as good as in prior years, but a very good Champagne-style wine made from traditional French varieties such as Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. These varieties have been grown for some years at the vineyard.
