Light gold. Aromas and flavors of melon and peach, with a subtle leesy note and a touch of tarragon. Dry and slightly hard-edged, finishing with good grip and lingering spiciness.
Sebastiani 2011 Sonoma County Chardonnay features fruit from Carneros, Sonoma, Chalk Hill, Alexander and Dry Creek Valley aged for seven months in a combination of new and used French, Hungarian and American oak barrels (77%) and stainless steel tanks (23%).
