Sonoma County is one of the premier regions in California for Chardonnay. Hand-picked and whole cluster pressed. Elegant and reserved, featuring citrus, green apple, vanilla, caramel and a dollop of toasty oak. Understated, balanced and refreshing.

Winemaker's Notes:

Sebastiani 2011 Sonoma County Chardonnay features fruit from Carneros, Sonoma, Chalk Hill, Alexander and Dry Creek Valley aged for seven months in a combination of new and used French, Hungarian and American oak barrels (77%) and stainless steel tanks (23%). Elegant and reserved, this California white offers citrus, green apple, vanilla, caramel and toast character with great balance and a refreshing finish. Pairs beautifully with food.
