Distinct olive brine on the nose with some black fruit and cheese. If you love a dirty martini, perhaps with swiss-stuffed olives, you'll love this. Ripe black fruits and olive brine echoed on the palate with truffles and a rich, velvety mouthfeel. Balanced acidity, very soft tannins, lasting finish.
