In the mouth silky or creamy but not glycerin-ish with ripe just slightly sweet fruit (a mix of light lemon, nectarine, and golden apple) with a smooth and fading finish. Dryish to off-dry. This is a really good Chardonnay. The 2007 vintage is starting to run out, I have seen mostly 08 in stores. I thought the 07 was better than the 08, a really good chardonnay that is perfectly balanced 1/3 oak 1/3 butter 1/3 fruit. The 2008 is more oakey, which I was told should mellow over time. Considering the price range give this one a solid 4/5.
Slight buttery finish
This wine has a nice pale gold color. It has a medium body and finishes pleasantly with malt flavors. This Chardonnay was great with seafood. A good value.
A very enjoyable chardonnay. Just the right amount of oak for a clean, fresh finish. A readily available bargain made by a dependable winery.
