Scott Harvey Wines One Last Kiss White Blend 2006
I’ve Always loved producing this Alsatian style blend. The Symphony brings a fruit forward beginning to the wine while the Chardonnay makes up the full bodied finish. With only the Symphony and Chardonnay we have what I call a donut wine with the center still needing to be developed. The French Colombard is the perfect bridging component to fill out the wine and make it complete.

I really liked this wine. The other wines in the blend really tamed downed the Zin and the wine had a wonderful chocolate and red fruit nose with similar flavors as well as bit of earthy "seed" flavors. Very nice, smooth mouthfeel, just a little bit sweet and a very pleasant and lasting aftertaste.
i thought that the winemaker did a great job at Folie a Deux but after the zin syrah blend he is even better. the zin has a ton of fruit and the syrah give it depth and a certain viscous nature. i was going to share with a friend but my wife and i slugged it down in a short afternoon.
Food Pairings for Scott Harvey Wines One Last Kiss White Blend
Made in a semi-dry style with mouth watering balance, the wine is full of spicy orange and honeydew melon fruit. This is a wine that will go well with fruit salad on a warm summer day. It will also go well with light style pastas, fish or chicken. Nice hot tub wine!

This kiss labeled wine is made from spicy cloves and blackberry fruit. It is a well balanced drink that will leave your mouth watering.
