- Our twenty best barrels of Pinot are blended then returned to barrel for an additional four months of aging to create this exquisite example of Carneros Pinot Noir. A bouquet of roses, cherry and coffee liqueur leads to flavors of ripe cherry, cassis, mocha and hints of spicy new oak. Food pairing possibilities are endless with this wonderfully versatile wine, which drinks nicely now but will continue to age gracefully for up to ten years. An ideal candidate for the collector's cellar!
