A touch floral on the nose with a pure yeatiness/creaminess that recalls fresh brie. A touch sweet across the mid-palate but not overly so and the acid and mineral tones dry out the finish. An interesting and enjoyable Demi-sec. 88pts

A lightly yeasty nose leads to a demi sec sparkling wine thats softly sweet and full of delicate floral notes. There's a good mousse of fine bubbles and along with a nice biscuit character and some dried petal notes its rather nice.

    Lovely wine ... nice delicate nose with a yeast and biscuit and touch of honey. Slightly sweet, almost honey flavor over top of the biscuit and yeast. Very enjoyable.
