Dieser leichte klassische goldfarbene Veltliner, der grosse Trinkfreude bereitet, zeichnet sich besonders auffallend durch seine pfeffrige und würzige Note im Bukett aus. Sehr trocken im Charakter, mineralisch, mit viel Frucht, aber auch beträchtlicher Säure, vereint er gekonnt Duftigkeit und Substanz in einem Stil.

Grapes from the vineyards around the Heiligenstein (Lamm, Grub, Renner) are used for this wine. Young vineyards (under 20 years) of the former ‘Steiner Allerheilgenstiftung’ are selected for this classical Grüner Veltliner.
