Schild Estate Shiraz Barossa Valley Moorooroo Block 2007
Very nice Barossa Shiraz. Would benefit from a bit more age to smooth it out. Still awesome value I plan on cellaring a few bottles from.Add winemaker's notes
RiceSelect's creamy Arborio gets blended with sweet potato, coconut milk and vanilla to create this decadent cheesecake. Pairs well with Saunternes; a white dessert wine that has hints of coconut from aging in oak barrels.

Racy and polished!, black currant, sage, licorice, IMPRESSIVE, AMAZING!
A classic big shiraz, which might benefit from a few more years in the bottle to temper a bit of a harsh alcohol-y taste when first opened (but which dissipates as it breathes). There's a lot a tart berry fruit, with some nice cedar-y and olive-y accents. Long rich finish. At the available under $20 pricing at many sources, it's a darned good buy.
