Savory & James Sherry Manzanilla 2010

External Review by We Speak Wine:

Pronounced "Mahn-sah-knee-ya". An extremely dry cocktail sherry, very pale in color and incredibly light in the body. It comes from the area of the Jerez region near the sea. The ocean air gives it a delicious crisp after taste. Keep in the refrigerator and serve very chilled. Excellent before dinner as an aperitif. (As dry as a martini and not as heavy). - Winery
