Citrus and tropical fruit flavors with crisp acidity. Very refreshing, I tried this at a tasting and would have liked to have had more than just a taste.

Beautiful straw color in the glass. The nose has honey and flowers notes. Smooth, velvety and fresh in the mouth. You taste honey, butterscotch, flint with great acidity. Drink as an aperitif or with dessert. I drank it with a salad with a acidic dressing and bacon, onion & goat cheese tart. Good Stuff!
