Sauvignon Blanc Bío Bío Agustinos Reserva 2009

Winemaker's Notes:

Agustinos was born in order to promote a new concept in wines, highlighting the importance of nature and its legacy. They control the producion process from the very start by managing the vineyards throughout the year and harvesting the fruit at its optimum point of maturity. Through use solar energy, biomass and water waste treatment in the winery they have created wines that are top quality and in line with nature. This rosé is an intense ruby colour with attractive and elegant notes of fresh red berry fruits and violets. It has great balance, is clean and refreshing finish. Great for a BBQ.
