Suggested Recipe Pairing presented by
Coconut Rice Sweet Potato Cheesecake

RiceSelect's creamy Arborio gets blended with sweet potato, coconut milk and vanilla to create this decadent cheesecake. Pairs well with Saunternes; a white dessert wine that has hints of coconut from aging in oak barrels.

...The dense and powerful middle weight flavors possess excellent mid-palate concentration as well as wonderful intensity. Moreover the intense minerality adds both elegance and lift to the explosive finish that is bone dry. This should repay 4 to 6 years of cellar time. - Comments: Sweet spot Outstanding Burghound.

Vignes Blanc Pouilly-FuisseA youthful yet still compellingly complex wine that tastes of fruit (green apples and bosc pears), with subtle suggestions of slate and stone.
