Winemaker's Notes:
The first Hatzidakis wine contains Aidani with a little bit of Assyrtiko from non-irrigated, ungrafted, organic old vines. Fermented and matured in stainless steel this fantastic white wine has pale yellow color with a delicate nose citrus, roses and apricots, and just a hint of smoke with a medium body and that warm fleshy apricot fruit. It is a dry wine (one can sense the acidic Assyrtiko) but the aromatic Aidani seems to provide a mellow mouthfeel. Brilliant, clean and delicious wine that works well with Greek foods and Asian foods.Ben 6/10
