Winemaker's Notes:

This lively gazelle-like white shows ripe pear and citrus aromas. Crisp and lean on the palate, with lime, green apple and mineral flavors. As an aperitif or for dinner with a light meal, practically unbeatable.

Tasting Notes:

Yellow straw color with green reflections. Clear and bright with an excellent appearance. Very aromatic with fruity nuances (citrics, apple, peach) as well as balsamic, floral and mineral notes. Fresh in the mouth, harmonious and very well balanced. Flavorsome and very long-tasting. It will improve in the bottle in the next months.
