Santa Rita Chardonnay "120" Aconcagua Valley 2008
This brilliant and lively young wine has a soft yellow color with slightly ambar hues. Its vivacious flavor and aroma has luscious tropical notes with delicate undertones of wood that gives complexity to the wine.. Its pleasant acidity provides lingering persistency, depth and easy to drink. Suggested Food: Casseroles, salads, shellfish, fish, cheese, white meats.
Rating 88. Good everyday wine with a different taste . Nose with hint of berries, full body and dry with bold taste notes. For the price of $ 6.- this is a bargain you should try
I like it... a very quaffable wine but I found it very high in teh acidity... it may be just me but apart from that... very nice
My local wine guy recommended this wine to me, but I was disappointed. It has an awkward finish that left a bad taste in my mouth. I kept expecting it to open up the second and third days, but didn't get there. It wasn't horrible, but not something I'd buy again.
A best buy in my book. Medium bodies with a silky mouth fell. A nose of hickory with hints of blackberry. Rich in tannins with a subtle wild berry taste. Long, lasting finish.
Rating 89. This wine is full bodied with strong fruit and tannins with some oak on the nose . Nose also reveal fruity complex aroma
My Rating 89: Firm good fruit body with complex flavors. Nose strong perfumed with hint of Berries. Real bargain for $ 9 at Costco
Green, earthy scent. Berry flavor, sour/dry, with a mocha finish.

A youthful, crisp Cabernet, with lively fruit flavors, great balance, firm tannins and a touch of oak to add complexity. Cranberry and cherry-like flavors with an herbal accent linger on the finish. Drink now through 1994.
Firm, focused and definitely tannic, with currant and plum aromas hiding behind an astringent front. Needs until 1994 or '95 to soften.
Nice Old World-style Cab, with mineral, earth and cedar notes running through the dark currant fruit, which puts on muscle through the finish. Drink now through 2004.
Delicate and lively. Light-bodied yet firm, this red offers pretty floral and berry character with an underpinning of sweet vanilla oak. It's graceful enough for an aperitif, yet can stand up to food. Drink now through 2002.
Eucalyptus and tobacco flavors give this wine a distinctive personality but dominate the light cherry flavors. Firm tannins allow it to stand up to grilled meats. Best from 2000 through 2003.
The medium to dark ruby-colored 1999 Reserva Cabernet Sauvignon is a superb value. Chocolate-laced blackberries can be found in its sexy aromas. On the palate, loads of black fruits, including cherries, blackberries, and cassis are ensconced in this admirably extracted and concentrated medium-bodied wine. It is velvety-textured, has excellent depth, and displays copious amounts of soft, ripe tannins. Anticipated maturity: now-2009.
Surprisingly powerful and rich in fruit for its price, this offers black currant and cassis over youthfully rustic tannins. Give it some pork.
Intense ruby-red colour. Fresh ripe black fruits with notes of chocolate and vanilla. Silky tannins, lovely sweetness and a beautiful long finish.
