Santa Rita Chardonnay 120 2010
In our 120 Chardonnay we combine grapes from different vineyards from the central zone in order to attain a fruity, elegant wine, in the coastal zone with a stronger Pacific Ocean influence, we attain freshness and citric combinations, the pre-Andean area brings tropical fruits and sweetness providing an amber-colored wine with greenish overtones, well-balanced, refreshing and round. Pair with stews, salads, shellfish, fish, cheese, white meat.
RiceSelect's creamy Arborio gets blended with sweet potato, coconut milk and vanilla to create this decadent cheesecake. Pairs well with Saunternes; a white dessert wine that has hints of coconut from aging in oak barrels.
I'm really becoming a fan of this grape - Santa Rita 120 '10 makes my list --- great nose, great color, and tons of light, black fruit (is that combo possible?); a bit of tobacco on the end.
Great grapefruit and citrus flavors. Great on a hot day with cheese and crackers. As with the 120 cab, you just can't beat it for the price.
Crisp, acidic, and easy-drinking. Not too much grapefruit, great lime zest -- well-balanced. This wine is always a crowd-pleaser.

Reserva Chardonnay 2010 - 87 points, Wine Spectator/ Fresh and cut, with a creamy edge to the pineapple, Honeycrisp apple and citrus fruit that picks up spice and chalk on the finish.
Reserva Chardonnay 2008 - Wine Spectator/ Plump, friendly apple and pear fruit flavors are followed by a touch of butter on the clean finish.
Reserva Chardonnay 2007 - Wine Spectator/ Wine Spectator's Great Buys: "Bargain hunters take note: More and more high quality wines are being made around the world, at lower prices. It's a formula that provides wine lovers with exciting wine-buying opportunities."
Firm, fleshy and flavorful, with a rich texture, broad, ripe cherry, currant and herb aromas and flavors and a velvety finish. Drink now through 1995.
Reserva Chardonnay 2007 - 4+ Stars, Restaurant Wine/ A full bodied, crisp, moderately intense wine, with complex, delicate aromas/flavors (pear, pineapple, roasted nut, vanilla, and grapefruit), and a long finish. Excellent value.
Ruby-red. Fresh red currant and cherry aromas, with a subtle floral quality adding interest. Juicy red fruit flavors are a touch jammy and betray none of the green qualities that are common for cabernet in this price range. Finishes with good clarity and lingering sweetness. This is a superb value and delivers more fruit punch than cabernets costing three times as much.
