- Spends an average of eight months in small French and American oak barrels, resulting in an exceptionally round, mouth-filling wine. Ripe cherry and currant flavors, with a velvety finish. 100% Cabernet Sauvignon. Surprisingly powerful and rich in fruit for its price, this offers black currant and cassis over youthfully rustic tannins. Give it some pork. -Wines & Spirits Value Picks

- A really nice quality price ratio for this Cabernet Sauvignon. Sweet but with a bit of personality, It is a good choice for dinners with friends o family who like red wine without being passionate lovers.

- A really good cab for the price! Certainly worth trying!!
- March 2008
- The nose is full of nice medium fruit with a bit of dust and spice. Not unlike the Carmenere without the smokiness. On the palate plums prevail before fading to a finish that is attempting to be velvet like with just a hint of tannin. All in all, a perfect quaffer.
