Food Pairings for Santa Margherita Sparkling Rose
Delicious as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to a vast range of fish-based or light textured aroma-rich dishes. Also pairs well with hot, spicy Asian cuisines and with rich desserts or berries. COLOR Pink hue AROMA A subtle succession of floral fragrances lifted by white fruits and delicate hints of red berry fruits. TASTE Lively and long-lingering freshness on the palate for a brilliantly versatile drinking experience that is all lightness and easy-drinking appeal. Length/Type of Fermentation: This cuvee is blended from a Chardonnay and Glera-based white wine with a pink wine obtained from a brief maceration of Malbec grapes with the skins. A second fermentation for one month in pressure tanks is followed by a period of maturing on the lees in a pressure tank for two months.
