Very fruit forward, with flavors of cherry and strawberry bursting out on the nose. Very fruity, yet with a nice cool minerality. Soft and smooth. Warm bramble flavors. The finish is softly sweet with a chocolate finish. 100% sangiovese, yet it tastes like there's some merlot in it.

Wine Tasting NotesDeep, bright ruby red. Nuances of wild berries, spices and cherries. Well integrated oak, blackberry and iris stand out.
Fresh black cherry, cranberry and oak aromas. This is a fruit-driven Chianti made in a ripe, new-wave style.
