Santa Julia Plus Torrontes 2016

Member Review by lewildt:

Smells like a green grape, and tastes light and fruity but not sweet. There's enough acidity to make it interesting. Not much aftertaste. Color is light yellow. I would drink it again as anytime white wine, not for a special occasion.

Bodega Santa Julia:
Santa Julia is a label offshoot of Familia Zuccardi wines from Mendoza, Argentina. The wine is named after Julia Zuccardi, daughter of chief winemaker José Alberto Zuccardi. The wines are organic (although not certified under US law) and handmade, with close attention to detail. This is an affordable range of dry and sparkling wines as well as a late harvest Torontes/Viognier blend called simply “Tardio.”
