Vinification : This Merlot Reserve was elaborated from selected grapes of our vineyards located in the Maipo Valley where the read more...grapes was specially harvested by hand and fermented in stainless steel tanks at 28° with selected yeast.
Oak Maturation : 9 months in french oak barrel and at least 8 months bottled before release. (hide)
