Santa Ema Chardonnay Chile 2007
External Reviews for Santa Ema Chardonnay Chile
With an unrivalled expression of terroir in each of our varieties, this line of wines delivers tremendous fruit concentration and purity linked to their origin, such as the unmistakable typicity of Cabernet Sauvignon and Sauvignon Blanc from our vineyards in the Maipo Valleys, Merlot from Cachapoal Valley, and Chardonnay from Casablanca
A bright yellow color. Good intensity. It is a fresh and sparkling wine where elegant notes of apple pear and some banana appear. Once again fruit notes appear with good acidity that make it a pleasant wine well balanced with an elegant and complex ending.
A bright straw yellow. Intense and complex nose marked by mature fruits with soft toast and lactic notes. On the palate the fruit is present with some vanilla; it is balanced and full with pleasant persistence.
