Moss, delicate garden vegetables and melon on the front end; light but present tannins on the back. A good wine to serve with oven roasted meats like an eye of round or pork loin.
Cherry, vegetation, mint or eucalyptus, and forest in nose. Tannic but balanced with red fruit and some earth on the palate. Light toast on finish. Surprisingly complex and good overall.
