What to Expect

Cabenet Sauvignon: Originally of French origins, this versatile grape produces exceptional wines around the globe. It's usually medium to full bodied with a fine structure that supports black and red fruit flavors with typical notes of olive, chili and herbs that add complexity.

Winemakers Notes

Color : Deep Red. Aroma : Complex and pleasant where mature red fruit notes coffe and toast stand out which in a bottle give an exceptional bouquet. Flavors: Tannins of good concentration which give roundness and structure which is complemented with a pleasant fruit taste at the end.

A guilty pleasure at this price. Thick and furry on the tongue with black fruit in the middle. Closer to rhubarb pie than cherry pie.

Big, dark, and smooth... I love this wine! Tried it for the first time yesterday and returned for a case. I aerated using the Vinturi and the edges smoothed right out. The wine is like silk in your mouth after the aeration, full-bodied, nice dark fruit - blackberry - with a bit of espresso.
YUM!
