Dried cranberry and cedar chips on the nose. Well browned and aged, with a smooth entry, which builds with subtle barnyard flavors and soft woodsy notes. Finishes on moss and iodine notes.

60% Sangiovese, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Merlot and 5% Syrah. This particular wine was introduced in 1928 by Niccolò, Piero Antinori's father, as the first Chianti produced specifically to improve with age. Taninos macios.

( 100) Deep saturated ruby-violet. Intensely aromatic even perfumed on the nose with aromas of kirsch superripe blackberry molten chocolate rose oil and violet. Concentrated fat and unctuous showing sweet flavors of raspberry and blackberry confit smoked bacon molasses fruitcake and candied orange peel. Finishes with excellent lift and defining acidity for a wine of such ripeness and power. 93 points Stephen Tanzers IWC.

An off-dry Riesling that is grown in red slate soils and aged in traditional casks called fuder, which are very large and made of old oak. Full of flowers and pink grapefruit, this is rich, deeply textured, and aromatic. It is fermented with indigenous yeasts only - a rare and impressive feat!

An off-dry Riesling that comes from red, slate soils and aged in large traditional oak (old) casks called fuder. Full of flowers and pink grapefruit. A rich, deeply textured and aromatic style that's fermented with indigenous yeasts. Hey, that may not sound impressive but believe us when we tell you it is!
