Add your reviewPurple, dense and vibrant almost opaque. Notes of blackberry and mint, low intensity on the nose, may need some air to open up. Moderate plus to high, surprisingly tart, high alcohol, high intensity of flavor. Full bodied, huge wine, dense blackberry, blackcurrant, hint of mulling spices, coffee, very big, may need time to open up, suggest decanting. High tannins but nicely polished tannins. Long very intense finish.
Winemaker's Notes:
Color: Deep ruby red. Aroma: Minerals, touch of herbs, spices, and blue fruit. Palate: Soft, mature, gradual, and concentrated. Prolonged finish. Maridaje: Ideal with lamb curry or lamb ribs with rosemary and garlic.
