This is one of my favorite wines to just sip and enjoy, sweet on the tounge and smooth on the palete. I enjoy it with good friends and a crackling fire.

Very jammy aromas here, while the wine is ripe and full. It has a soft character, all plum and blackberry flavors, the tannins just showing at the end to balance.

Selected from the lighter wines of each year, these Portos are chosen for ageing in small oak casks to develop their style. Sandeman's Tawny Porto has the fruit and style of great Porto, but with an added finesse. Pale in colour and light in body this Port is superb as a chilled aperitif, or accompanying an appetizer, yet satisfying when served at the end of a meal.

Ein unendlich komplexer Wein mit eleganten Frucht-Aromen und Gewürzen.

Wine Tasting NotesClear red amber colors with a light intense body, open up to aromas of vanilla and evolved dried fruits. The elegant harmony and fresh flavor of red fruits unfold in the mouth and combine with the complexity of wood ageing and a good finish.
