RiceSelect's fragrant Jasmati® is blended with eggs, milk and fall's favorite spices, cinnamon and nutmeg, to create a delicious rice pudding, which is layered on top of fluffy cream cheese and abuttery pecan crust. Pairs well with a bold, tawny port with flavors of dried fruits, nuts, and spices.

Amazing complexity here. Aroma was sweet, with raisins, and a fresh glazed donut kind of thing. Sweet, dried fruits on the palate. Finish explodes with roasted walnuts. Great with intense cheeses and even works with dark chocolate. Lovely wine.
We had this during the Virtual tasting along with a dessert potluck of Apple crisp, Strawberry nutella crepes, French silk chocolate pie, fresh baked muffins etc. Great fun! I learnt my lesson from the Vau, pouring only enough to taste. This was transparent brown and a smell of rum! It actually reminds me of my favorite Puerto Rican Rum, Ron del Barrilito! This syrupy port does not have much fruit and has a woody taste, like oak chips were added. Smooth, it reminds me of sweet plum wine but with notes of roasted walnut, honey, vanilla. It has a good kick, soft tannins and surprisingly clean finish. Regardless of how Ports are suppose to taste like, this is wonderful! Especially when it reminds me of my favorite rum! I cannot imagine how the 30 or 40 yrs would taste like! To read more on the tasting, please visit http://dionyshius.blogspot.com/2012/08/port-vt.html
So much going on. Hints of plum and other fruits. Caramel or honey on the tongue. Then the finish; it takes you into another dimension and literally goes on and on.
Pours a really nice orangish amber color. The nose has plenty of burnt caramel, dried peaches and nectarines and honey. Starts off with a lot of dried fruits like nectarines and peaches. In the middle, lots of sweet honey and sweet sugary caramel mix with the dried fuirt. Finishes just like the middle with a hint of roasted nuts added in as well. A really nice full-bodied Tawny. Lots of sweet goodness but not overdone. If you enjoy Tawny's, the 20 year from Sandeman offers a great value.
im not a huge port fan, but watching George Sandeman tell stories about how port was consumed 7 generations ago... Priceless!
WD: Rich, figgy, nutty aromas on the nose. A wonderful texture and richness on the palate, with creamy nut flavours. Despite the age there is still grip and acidity here. Elegant, wonderful drinking. Very good. Parece que suavizou depois de aberto, com aroma de amaretto

91 points Wine Spectator"A very well-aged tawny boasting wonderful honey, almond, nut and orange character. Medium-bodied and very sweet, delicate, silky texture and long, long finish."
Tawny Ports are some of the most exquisite and delicious of all. To make this 20 Year Reserve Tawny specially selected port wines were chosen for ageing in wooden casks, which concentrates their flavor and the color matures from deep ruby to amber. The wine is racked before bottling so in needs no decanting to be enjoyed. This Tawny was an Editors Choice, scoring 91 points from Wine Enthusiast Magazine who said "An elegant tawny, perfumed with soft tannins and a good edge of wood acidity and spirit. The wine is dry, densely flavored, tasting mature, showing a good balance between young sweetness and age, with everything well integrated."
One of the stars of the Sandeman stable, this is a nicely balanced tawny that's a bit drier-tasting than most, with a touch of tannic structure to help support the flavors of caramelized nuts, surprisingly vigorous red fruits and maple syrup. Peppery... Wine Enthusiast. A Port wine from Douro in Portugal. N.V. Sandeman Tawny Port 20 year old 750ml
