- Fresh nose of rich blue and black berries, with an undertone of wet earth and a sprinkle of black pepper. On the pallate more pronounced black pepper and fresh fruit. After swollowing wet earth flavours rise from your tongue completing a full circule of flavour, in its own dynamic equilibrium. The linger is persistent and pleasurable. Great with venison.
