What to Expect

Pedro Ximénez is a grape that is rarely used to produce a dry table wine, but is used to produce many of Spain's finest sweet Sherries. As a table wine it is high in acid and rather light but when the grapes are used to make Sherry, frequently referred to simply as PX, the wines gain incredible deep, rich flavors of figs, raisins, molasses, nuts and chocolate.

Winemakers Notes

THIS PALE YELLOW WINE HAS AN AROMA OF FRESH FRUITS. ON THE PALATE IT IS VERY RIPE AND HAS A GOOD ACIDITY, LENDING IT A FRESH PLEASANT FINISH.
