- Dark color; almost black. Nose of tar, jam and flesh. Medium-bodied with instant fruit presence (plums, strawberries). Smooth tannins. Great balance and a very long finish on fruit. Open or decant before serving. A wine of class and elegance. Ideal for big meals (roasts or venison). To drink within the next 4 to 5 years.
