A fine, delicate, fruity and persistent aroma, elegantly harmonic and well-balanced.The San Marco estate is in the Frascati hills overlooking Rome. Although it is now the second largest producer of Frascati wine, the company is still owned and run by the Notarnicola family, with 100 hectares of vines owned in and around FrascatiGrapes: 50% Trebbiano, 50% MalvasiaRegion: Italy / Lazio / Frascati DOCMaker: Pietro VioloNotes: Light straw colour, with a fine, delicate, fruity and persistent aroma. The palate is dry, flavoursome, winy, elegantly harmonic and well-balanced.Serve: At 10-12c with fish, pasta dishes, risottos, white meat.ABV: 12%
