This Tuscan IGT delivered immediately. A blend of 80% Sangiovese,10% Merlot and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon helps to soften the natural acidity of the Sangiovese grape, yielding a wine of good complexity and depth. Flavors of dark chocolate, raspberries, black cherries, blueberries and a long very mildy tannic finish. Recommend decanting for at least one hour prior to serving.

I enjoyed this wine with a spinach and prosciutto stuffed pork loin. It was even better two hours later.
