This wine is produced from 80% Negramaro and 20% Malvasia Nera grapes harvested in the Salento area, the south-eastern part of Italy that includes the territories of Apulia: Lecce, Brindisi and Taranto. This wine is stored in steel for the first year, and in oak barrels for 6 months. Its deep red color shows hints of violet. This wine pairs well with roasted meats, aged cheeses and spicy dishes.
