Gray with a pale straw cast. Full-bodied. Lemon, pear, white pepper, pomace. Bold, rich texture. Pungent, deep feel on the palate. Lovely structure highlights intense fragrance over delicate fruit notes. Spicy finish.

Clear. Medium-bodied. Moderately extracted. Reminiscent of grain, stone, herbs. Soft texture. Slightly restrained with a gentle expansion of flavors. Opens up with a light sweet impression. Easy, soft finish.

World Champion Sake. Clear with a straw tint. Medium-full body, medium acid. Reminiscent of bread dough, herbs and citrus. Round, smooth and well balanced, with a pleasantly assertive character and a lingering finish.
