A classic Pinot Noir: cherry and berry flavors dominate both nose and palate with some deeper tones contributed by our new estate vineyard. The balance and depth of flavor are excellent.

Delicate aromas of strawberry and roses. Medium-bodied, with fresh fruit acidity and soft tannin, rich in sweet summer fruit. Elegant style.

It has breadth and richness typical of this bottling with pretty fruit tones of cherry, raspberry and a little spice. With just enough oak to frame the flavors, this wine is delicious now or certainly, if you choose, a very worthy wine for cellaring.

Another good example of a very good Carneros Pinot Noir. This Saintsbury was velvety smooth, but full of concentrated fruit and spice. Very enjoyable finish, too. We paired it with roasted chicken for an excellent meal.
