A great example of how Cabernet Franc should taste. Smells like a basket of flowers and looks like ultra-violet in a glass. I originally enjoyed half bottles of this wine as an accompaniment to wonderful meals in a (sadly now closed) restaurant in Romarantin, then tracked down the producer and bought directly from him. Should be called purple wine rather than red. Anyone who says they don't like old world red wines should try this - it might change their minds...
