Tasting Notes: SommelierS International (N°115): It has a vivid crimson colour and a nose that exudes powerful aromas of dark chocolate, veiling aromas of wild fruits. On the palate, it's dense, with great depth and tremendous structure. This is a superb wine with impressive ageing potential and some of the leading Saint-Emilion Great Growths might be rather envious. Wine Spectator: 90/100 -- So perfumed and beautiful on the nose. Hints of raspberry and flowers. Full-bodied, with supersilky tannins and a long, long finish. This is very well done. Better than I remember from barrel. read more...Best after 2008. -- J.S.
