A Syrah wine from Rhone in France. 2003 Chateau de Saint Cosme Cote Rotie 1500ml

Winemaker's Notes:

100% Syrah. Aged for 15 months in new oak barrels. From six terroirs of the Cote brune side and three terroirs from the Cote blonde side. Depth and complexity are the most accurate words to explain the tasting with words, only words...because the vines were stressed by drought, the alcohol level didn't go too high and the balance of the wine is great.
