"An elegant, pure and beautifully complex nose offers up notes of cool lemon-lime, yeast and floral nuances. There is a moderately aggressive mousse that imparts a real sense of vibrancy to the delicious and still youthful flavors. There is a touch of citrus-induced bitterness on the finish and though it serves more to help deliver a clean and very dry character to the lingering finish. This could certainly be held further though for my taste it is sufficiently far along to be enjoyable now...90" BH 10/12
