We suggest to enjoy this red wine between 12-16° C with wildbird, poultry, lamb, entrecôte with sauce Beaujolaise or cheese. Percentage Grape: 100% white juiced black gamay Soil: argile Date of Harvest: mid-September Type of Harvest: mecanic Vinification Length: 5-7 days Vinification Method: fermentation, semi-carbonic with whole grapes Vinification Temperature: max 25° C Malolactic: yes Bottle Type: Tradition Alcohol Percentage: 13 % Aging Potential: 3-5 years Sugar Rate: 0-5 g/l
