Sadie Family White Blend Malmesbury Palladius 2004

Winemaker's Notes:

Blend of Chenin, Viognier, Chardonnay and Grenache blanc. Natural fermentation and kept on the lees for 12 months. A complex blend with aromas of white pepper and ripe apricot due to the Viognier. Creamy, smooth flavours from the Chardonnay and ripe, tropical aromas from the Cehnin. Long aftertaste and well balanced. 2006 JOHN PLATTER: 5 star rating!
